Streetsboro, OH --- The Happy Moose Bar & Grill will essentially be turning into a time machine (sort of) at the end of the work week, and its destination is the 1980s.
The free-to-attend event welcomes all ages, and features popular music from the decade, a radical costume contest, a photo booth & series of live social media contests, basket raffles, and other fun-filled activities. The restaurant will also boast food and drink specials.
The event will be headed by the Happy Moose Bar & Grill and emceed by Jake Durr.
This special event also acts as a fundraiser, in that all monetary proceeds gained from the event's contests will directly benefit Paws & Prayers, a nonprofit organization dedicated to pet rescue efforts. In addition to the fundraiser, the restaurant is asking patrons to bring non-monetary goods to the event, such as blankets, food, cat litter, and other items that will in turn be forwarded to the organization. For more ways you can help, visit their website or call (330) 475-8300.
The festivities will officially begin at 8 PM on Friday, December 6, 2019. The restaurant is located at 9436 OH-14, Streetsboro, OH 44241.
You can RSVP to the event by visiting its page on Facebook.
